About the position: Global Sr Commercial Manager, Cabify for business

How will you help us achieve our mission?

  • Implement the defined go-to-market strategy through local teams, enriching it continuously with their feedback.
  • Closely monitor sales activity, establishing comparisons among the teams to detect top performers, and against external best practices to incorporate those to our sales routine.
  • Attend meetings with customers on a regular basis to understand their needs, motivations and interests and share this intelligence to the global teams to enrich the commercial roadmap.
  • Contribute to the creation of the training program for sales executives and managers, ensuring its implementation and adoption locally by supporting and coaching them, addressing specific cases.
  • As a result of the previous, achieve an acceleration of the sales cycle.
  • Unlock the existing opportunity with global clients by detecting those who are not yet our customers in every country we operate enabling local sales teams to land these deals.
  • Provide input for the construction of sales targets, and be responsible for the performance against key top-line growth KPIs.
  • Work closely with stakeholders across the organization - including local teams, Sales Ops, Sales Enablement, Customer Operations, CRM, Product, Data Analytics, and more.

 What we’re looking for:

  • BS in Engineering, Economics, Management or equivalent experience
  • 10+ years of sales management, sales capabilities or other relevant experience dealing directly with customers and sales teams.
  • Coaching expertise is a plus
  • Analytical skills applied to business problems (Tableau experience preferred)
  • Business mindset and result driven
  • Detail-oriented and operative person, self-starter and team player
  • Ability to learn and adapt to change
  • Availability to travel internationally up to 50% of the time
