🎯 About your mission
As our People Business Partner Manager for the Technology organization, your mission is to align people strategy with business needs, enabling scalable, high-impact HR practices that drive performance, engagement, and growth.
You’ll lead a team of two HRBPs and work closely with senior Tech leaders as a trusted advisor, building a collaborative and people-first culture across our global tech teams.
🛠️ How will you help us fulfill our mission?

Act as a strategic partner to Tech leadership, aligning people strategy with business goals.

Lead, coach and develop a small team of HR Business Partners, ensuring high standards and consistent delivery.

Support managers through the full employee lifecycle: workforce planning, hiring, onboarding, development, performance, and offboarding.

Champion the implementation of global People programs, adapting them to fit the tech context.

Be the voice of the business in the People team, and the voice of the People team in the business.

Use people analytics and insights to identify trends, improve retention and optimize team performance.

Drive a culture of feedback, recognition, inclusion, and continuous growth.

Partner with Rewards to manage compensation and performance review processes.

Coach leaders and teams on employee relations, conflict resolution, and policy adherence.

Oversee the onboarding experience to ensure alignment with cultural and business expectations.

Promote continuous improvement in how we operate as a People team.
🔍 What are we looking for?
-
A degree or Master’s in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Business, or related field.

10+ years of experience in HR, with at least 2 years leading HRBPs or similar teams.

Strong experience partnering with technology and/or product teams.

High level of English (C1) – our Tech org is fully international.

Experience in fast-paced, scaling environments.

Ability to influence and coach across all levels, especially senior leadership.

Excellent communication, interpersonal and decision-making skills.

A strategic thinker with a hands-on attitude and a real passion for people and culture.
